For their 5th album, German trumpeter Julian and pianist Roman Wasserfuhr are in Brooklyn. Joining the ACT family when they were 17 and 20 years-old, the rise of the Wasserfuhr brothers has been meteoric, and “Landed in Brooklyn“ documents another important stage of it. The concept behind the album is the magic of the city of New York, and the Wasserfuhrs are accompanied by Donny McCaslin on tenor saxophone, Tim Lefebvre on electric & double bass and Nate Wood on drums.
