Chet Baker is in lyrical form throughout this Dreyfus CD, performing six of keyboardist Rique Pentoja's compositions plus two other obscure pieces. It is unusual to hear Baker joined by both an electric keyboardist and an accordion player although Richard Galliano (who is on the latter instrument) is only heard from occasionally.
