Soul is trumpeter and composer Jeremy Pelt's third offering for HighNote, his stellar quintet with saxophonist J.D. Allen, pianist Danny Grissett, bassist Dwayne Burno, and drummer Gerald Cleaver is intact, having been together for nearly six years.
